“Walking the Line”

Denise is a Canberra based Abstract Artist, her passion for Geometric Abstraction has been a key element in all her artworks over the years. Creating these pieces where lines, symbols and geometric shapes turn into visual colour enhanced stories is a special time.

To begin Denise has no idea where the painting is going, but from the moment she begins Denise has an energy that keeps a steady momentum. The ink lines, marks and shapes seem to know where they want to go.

Using acrylic paint and inks, Denise likes to coordinate the colour palate that relate to each piece and give it a life of its own.
